The BBC Doctor Who Books Series

In June of 1997 the BBC took over the publishing of new fiction in the Doctor Who books series. The books are a mixed series of "Eighth Doctor" and "Past Doctor" adventures, but the books are not officially separated into two distinct series, although they are generally referred to as such by many. As they have not been issued in exactly a one-for-one ratio, I have broken them into separate groups.

It's been an interesting series so far. Not quite up to the standards set during the Virgin era, I'm afraid. Remember that the rankings are comparative, not qualitative, and that results in some decent books getting lower rankings.
