Whether your School/Facility is paying for the Photo ID Badges or the Parents of your Students, there are a number of programs to choose from. Below please find some of The Sign Network's Options. With our Options, your School/Facility will receive a Donation back for every Student Photo ID purchased and Produced by The Sign Network!

OPTION #1: (School/Facility HAS a Digital Camera):

The School/Facility will take ONE photograph per Student and make a corresponding list with the Student's First Initial, Last name, Grade &/or ID Number. Each photograph Must be kept in sequential order with the list of names, etc. The School/Facility will then send the disks and sheets with all information to The Sign Network to Produce all Student Photo IDs. A check must accompany the order. All orders are prepaid. Approximate lead time is four weeks. All original Disks and Sheets/Information is returned with the completed IDs for security purposes. NO information is kept on file. A Master CD-ROM is returned to the School/Facility. Should a badge be lost or stolen, the School/facility can e-mail the pertinent information and photo to have the ID reproduced. A check for the reproduced ID must be mailed the day the order is placed.

OPTION #2: (School/Facility DOES NOT have a Digital Camera):

The Sign Network will RENT to the School/Facility a Sony Digital FD73 Floppy Disk Camera (Call for Rental Charges) along with enough disks and sheets to take Student pictures and log in sheets for all corresponding information. Again, ONE photograph per student must be taken and the list MUST correspond with the Photograph(s) taken. The rental fee of the camera is due prior to shipment and is nonrefundable (Cost of Rental Camera is $250.00 for a 5 Day Period. Additional Days needed are at a rate of $65.00/day). If the camera is damaged, lost or stolen, the School/Facility is responsible for the entire cost of the camera. Once the camera, diskettes, lists and prepayment for the IDs are received, production of the Student IDs is started and returned completed in approximately four weeks. As in Option #1, A Master CD-Rom and all disks, lists, etc. are returned for Security Purposes. A lost or stolen badge can be reproduced by sending the pertinent information via e-mail as stated in Option #1.

OPTION #3: (School/Facility wants to Produce IDs themselves):

The School/Facility can Purchase a Turbo ID Card Printer themselves at a cost of $3,990.00 plus shipping & Handling. (Click on to the Home Page Button to find out more information). The Sign Network can produce a template for the School/Facility in CorelDraw to use with the Turbo to produce Student Photo IDs for a fee of $45.00 per Hour with a minimum of 1 Hour.

OPTION #4 (School/Facility wants to Rent Turbo ID Card Printer):

The School/Facility can rent the Turbo ID Card Printer from The Sign Network. School/Facility must have a graphics program in the School that they can use to produce photo IDs and a camera. The Sign Network can, for a fee, set up the Template in CorelDraw for the School/Facility to produce IDs. There is a one-time Non-refundable charge of $1,097.50 fee for the Turbo ID Card Printer. The School/Facility will be allowed to rent the Turbo ID Card Printer for 5 School Days at a flat rate charge of $250.00/Day. A Total of $2,347.50 (Does Not Include Shipping & Handling) is due prior to shipment of the Turbo ID Card Printer. If the School/Facility goes beyond the 5 day limit, there will be a charge of $350.00 per day payable when the Turbo ID Card Printer is returned. Any and all damage to the Turbo ID Card Printer will be the responsibility of the School/Facility and due immediately upon receipt of any bill from The Sign Network. With regard to supplies to produce the Student IDs, the School/Facility will inform The Sign Network of an approximate count of Students/Faculty needing the IDs. Once this number has been determined, the needed amount of ribbons and blank pvc card stock will be tabulated and payment for this stock must be prepaid along with the Rental, etc. of the equipment. (The Sign Network allows for an overage in stock to accommodate misfeeds, misprints,etc. when sending stock to produce IDs)
