In June of 2003 we took a two week trip to Spain: a country of Colleen’s ancestors. Since grandson Kyle was studying at the University of Valencia for the summer, his dad, Steve, joined us for a week of our stay, and together we included a stop in Valencia to see Kyle.
Arriving in Madrid, in the center of Spain, we traveled west to Portugal, then made a loop of the southern portion of Spain, passing through Valencia to see Kyle enroute to Madrid, where we dropped Steve for his return flight home. Colleen and Bob then made a loop of northern Spain, eventually returning again to Madrid to complete the visit. Spain Trip in 2003
