Silverboard is a unique medium.
The effect is difficult to capture on film or display on a web site.
The image is drawn by carefully scratching a thin film of black ink off
a silver-coated artboard with a pointed scratch tool and/or small wire
brush. It is as if the image had been drawn with silver on a black
board. Very striking! Excellent for strongly-lit subjects.
Pricing for silverboard portraits is the same as for graphite drawings.
