My sweet boy Lazy L's Dennis The Menace has gone  to the Rainbow Bridge . 
 My heart is broken...there was no dog dearer to my heart than he was. 
My eyes are blurry with tears as I write, thinking of all the joy this boy  has given to me and my family and friends.  He was a dog who had such zest for everything. He never met a person he didn't like and was always the clown and full of mischief...he lived up to his name. No matter what was asked of him..he would give it his best. Dennis was titled in Breed, Obedience, Rally and Herding and was well known for his enthusiasm for Flyball, Agility and Frisbee.
Our nickname for him was "the Mayor" as we felt that his job in life was to convert every one into an Aussie lover. His legacy lives on in the children and grandchildren he leaves behind.

I have huge empty space in my heart and my life!
My beloved Sierra was my first aussie and the foundation of Lazy L Farms Australian Shepherds, and what a wonderful start that was!
She changed and enriched my life.
She was the perfect aussie for a beginner...she always knew what to do before I did .
She was the quintessential mother ...still "mothering" her 4 year old son (when he would allow it ) and jumping into the whelping box to care for her daughter's and granddaughter's pups when they left the room.
She was unquestionably the "boss". If I raised my voice to anyone she would run and bark at them...we called her the "Cop". She kept law & order in our house :)
She adored children and herded my grandchildren and shared their cookies.
She had a wonderful "song" to sing whenever she saw the people she loved.
She was the mascot and ambassador for my Dog & Horse cookie business...She walked me to the mailbox every morning and slept beside my bed every night...I will miss her so much!
She may be gone, but she will never be forgotten as she has left a legacy behind of wonderful kids and grandkids!
She lives on in the 3 generations of offspring here at Lazy L Farms.
