MMG owns and operates the Hawthorne Wound Healing Institute, Hawthorne, New Jersey, and has state-approved plans to open three Walk-In Centers and Wound Care Centers in 2010 and 2011, and has plans to construct 3 Ambulatory Surgery Centers in 2011-2012.

As part of the ongoing expansion plans, The Company merged with Ensign-US, a publicly traded company. McBride Medical is the surviving entity with 100,000,000 Common and 25,000,000 Preferred. The Company plans to register its Securities (S-1 Filing) pursuant to the Securities Exchange Act of 1933, as amended.
The need for Wound Care, Walk-In and Ambulatory Surgical Centers as well as the demand for alternative forms of medical treatment, will continue to be fueled by the needs of the exploding Baby Boomer Generation. By 2010, ONE-THIRD of the population of the United States will be 50 years of age or older. This trend will continue as the Baby Boomers are replaced by Generation Y – an even larger segment of the population.
Group2 developed the business plan and operational guidelines for the corporation and is responsible for the S-1 Filing.
