Anatek Acquisition Completed

Wazukana has strengthened its position in the global personal-electronics market with the acquisition of the assets of the former Anatek GmBH. Anatek's sterling reputation as the premier manufacturer of personal data devices for the world market remains strong despite the tragedy of Berlin. Anatek's Singapore, Phnom Penh and Qingdao divisions will be invaluable additions to Wazukana's worldwide operations. Anatek's products will continue to be produced and supported under the Anatek name, Wazukana president Toshiro Kandota announced.

CYBOX 2120 Release Delayed

Continuing patent and copyright challenges have delayed the release of CYBOX 2120, the much-anticipated revolutionary update to the world's most popular Fully Interactive Operating System. Ken Katsumoto, VP for Software Development, announced that despite the litigation, Wazukana is not standing still. When Orgotech drops its lawsuit, as Katsumoto predicts it will, CYBOX customers will be able to upgrade to a cutting-edge FIOS including the latest in voice, optical and direct-neural interfaces.

Takahashi Named CEO

Kenji Takahashi, Chief Operating Officer, was appointed by the Board of Directors to the Chief Executive Officer post he has held in an acting capacity since the departure of Ichiro Saito in August 2119. Takahashi's wise and cautious stewardship of the company during the recent economic difficulties inspired confidence in both the Board and shareholders, said Chairman of the Board Kyoko Nagata.
