Miriam M. Oliphant, Superviser of Elections, strongly urges each registered voter of Broward County to consider serving as a pollworker in the September 10th and November 5th elections.
On election days in Broward County, more than 3,500 workers staffing 618 precincts are on hand to assist citizens with voting. Training is provided and a salary ranging from $100 to $135 per election is available. All you have to do is complete an application. Once processed by the agency, applicants will be contacted to attend an orientation session.
