Private School Locator 1999-2000 - information on schools that participated in the National Center for Education Statistics' biennial survey of private schools. Users can search for one or more private schools based on selection criteria such as name, location, grades, enrollment, school type or program emphasis, coed, male or female, religious affiliation, and association membership. Also, users can download the entire locator database or a text data file of the schools they selected. There are links to information on public schools and public school districts and an online school input form.

Information is available by country or multiple countries, and by years or multiple years. Results may be displayed in a variety of formats.
